The shipping fee for our cargo sent to anywhere in Turkey with the fast shipping option is 74.99 TL.
In all conditional free shipping opportunities, if an order is placed with the cash on delivery option, a cash on delivery service fee is added.
Cash on Delivery
You can place a Cash on Delivery order anywhere in Turkey. In cash on delivery orders, a +24.99 TL Cash on Delivery Service Fee is charged because the cargo company mediates the payment process.
Delivery Time
You can see the estimated cargo delivery date after selecting the size for each product you will order. The cargo delivery time for all products marked Cargo in 24 Hours is 24 hours. After your order is delivered to the cargo company, it is delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days.
Important information about exchange and return transactions
The exchange or return period is 14 days from the moment you receive your order, provided that the products you have purchased from Denizbutik.com have not been used.
As long as you send your exchange or return transactions with a contracted cargo, the shipping fees belong to us. Shipments, the shipping fee of which will be covered by us, must only be made with our contracted cargo company Sürat Kargo.
Cargoes sent to us with payment from other cargo companies are not accepted.
When you return a product, after receiving approval for acceptance from the product inspection, your money is refunded by adhering to your payment method.
After sending your product/products with an exchange or return process, your shipment that reaches us receives approval for acceptance, and then the review is initiated. If the product/products you have sent have not been used, have not been damaged in any way and are packaged appropriately, your money is refunded by adhering to your exchange or payment method.
When you return your entire order, the shipping fee paid to the cargo company for the order to reach you cannot be refunded. You can send your cargo free of charge for return. Even if you place your order with free shipping, the 99 TL shipping fee paid to the cargo company for your order to reach you cannot be refunded.
If you made your payment with a debit/credit card, your refund will be returned to your card with which you made the payment within 3-7 business days after your return shipment is approved by our refund team.
If you made your payment with the cash on delivery option, the refund will be made to the IBAN number you will send to us within 7 business days. The IBAN number you will send to us must be correct, complete and have the same surname as the person who placed the order.

Viscose: It is a fabric type that is easy to maintain. It has the feature of absorbing sweat. It is a fabric that does not fade. It gives a stylish look due to its flowing structure. It has a structure suitable for machine washing.
Acrylic: It is resistant to sunlight. It is a fabric type that is easy to maintain. Since it is soft, comfortable and light, it provides high benefits in the areas of use. Acrylic products can be easily washed in the washing machine.
Polyamide: Polyamide fibers have a very high resistance to dryness and wetness. They are highly resistant to light and bacteria and have a long service life. They are resistant to wrinkling due to their flexibility. They are breathable and lightweight fabrics. They can be easily machine washed, dry quickly and can be used without ironing.
Lycra/Elastane: Due to their flexibility, they are included in the type of weaving that has a durable and strong structure. They have both longitudinal and transverse flexibility. They are a fabric that is recommended to be washed at low temperatures.
Denim: They are a natural, renewed yarn whose raw material is cotton. If there is a lycra ratio, it should be pulled when wet. It is recommended to wash the products inside out to prevent wear on the front surface. It is recommended to use steam during ironing.
Scuba Diver: They are a flexible fabric that hugs the body. Their flexibility ensures that they have a durable structure. Since they are tight and hug the body, they make one size thinner.
Şile Cloth: It is a fabric that does not cause sweating and is not allergic due to being made of 100% cotton. It is a type of fabric that is especially preferred in the summer months.
Wool: Woolen fabrics are soft and flexible fabrics with their moisture-absorbing properties. The air held in the fabric increases the insulation properties of wool against hot and cold. Thus, it does not transmit body heat to the outside.
